Welcome to lexyle.in. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including participation in our paid internship programs. By accessing or using lexyle.in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Accurate, complete, and current information must be provided during registration and throughout the duration of the internship.
2. Internship Fees
All internship programs offered by Lexyle are fee-based.
Fee amounts vary depending on the program and will be clearly communicated prior to enrollment.
Fees must be paid either:
In full before the program begins, or
Through EMI (Equated Monthly Installments), subject to approval and eligibility.
Payment, once initiated, is non-refundable under any circumstances unless the program is cancelled by Lexyle.
3. Program Details and Delivery
Lexyle itself designs and delivers the internship programs—no third-party host companies are involved.
Program structure, duration, modules, and deliverables will be shared with the participant upon successful enrollment.
Internships are designed for learning and skill development and should not be mistaken for employment or guaranteed job placement.
4. Placement Assistance
Lexyle provides placement assistance upon successful completion of the internship program.
Assistance may include resume building, mock interviews, job referrals, and access to career guidance.
Placement is not guaranteed. Success depends on individual performance, effort, and external factors beyond Lexyle’s control.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be issued once the payment is made, including EMI agreements, unless the program is cancelled by Lexyle.
Participants wishing to discontinue a program midway will not be eligible for a refund or certificate.
In the rare case that a program is cancelled by Lexyle, a full or partial refund will be processed depending on the circumstances.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain professional behavior and follow the guidelines provided by Lexyle throughout the internship.
Any misconduct, plagiarism, or unethical behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund or certification.
7. Certification
A certificate of completion will be awarded only upon:
Successful completion of all modules and assignments.
Meeting attendance and performance criteria set by Lexyle.
Incomplete participation or failing to meet standards may lead to disqualification from certification.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and resources provided during the internship remain the intellectual property of Lexyle.
Participants may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute materials without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lexyle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.
While we strive to ensure high-quality training, Lexyle does not guarantee any particular career outcome or salary post-internship.
10. Privacy and Data Use
All personal data submitted is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and appropriate use of your information.
11. Modification of Terms
Lexyle reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
